We don't stock generic stock-keeping units. Every tube, bottle, jar and carton is engineered, decorated and color-matched to your brand, including custom private molds when an existing tool won't do.

PCR Resins
Up to 100% post-consumer recycled HDPE, PP and PET. Closes the loop without compromising shelf appeal.
Bio-PE
Sugarcane-derived polyethylene, chemically identical to fossil PE, fully recyclable in existing streams.
Mono-material
Tubes engineered as a single resin family for stream-compatible recyclability.

What tube materials do you offer?
Extruded (single and multi-layer with EVOH barrier), laminate (both Plastic Barrier Laminate and Aluminum Barrier Laminate), PCR (post-consumer recycled resin) and Bio-PE (sugarcane-derived polyethylene). We'll spec the right construction for your formula, barrier needs and sustainability goals.
What is the lead time?
Generally 10–12 weeks FOB Los Angeles, with CIF shipping options available. Custom tooling for private molds adds time on top, we'll quote that up front.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the USA and Canada. FOB Los Angeles is standard; CIF to your facility is available on request.
Do you color match?
Yes, fully custom Pantone color matching, both tube body and cap, in-house. We can match an existing product on shelf or develop a new color from a brief.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes. Bio-PE (sugarcane, carbon-negative at the resin level) and PCR (up to 100% post-consumer recycled HDPE, LDPE, PP and PET). They can be combined.
What is your MOQ?
Minimum order starts at 5,000 units per SKU. For indie brands we recommend consolidating across SKUs (same tube, different decoration) to hit the minimum efficiently.
Are your products made to order?
Yes, every order is made-to-order. Nothing ships off the shelf. Custom shapes, sizes, color match, decoration and closures are all built to your brief, including private molds when an existing tool won't do.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Full decoration capabilities in-house: offset, silk screen, hot stamping, flexo and digital, combined however the design calls for it.
Do you offer airless / pump options?
Yes, we offer both airless systems and standard pumps, paired to the right tube, bottle or jar format for your formula.
Can you do private molds?
Yes, private custom molds are available. We engineer, cut and validate proprietary tools for exclusive shapes and closures.
What artwork files do you need?
All artwork needs to be supplied in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) format with all fonts converted to outlines.
