Tooling & engineering
In-house mold-makers and packaging engineers. We build the tool, validate the part, and own the timeline: including custom private molds owned by the customer.
Extrusion
Continuous LDPE/HDPE extrusion lines for tube bodies: capacity for 50M+ units annually with tight wall-thickness tolerance.
Injection molding
Caps, closures, jars and bottle components: single and multi-cavity tooling with full color compounding so tube and cap match exactly.
Decoration
Offset, silk-screen, hot stamping, foiling, heat transfer and spot UV: combined freely per project, all in-line with production.
Made-to-order
Nothing off the shelf. Every SKU is custom: shape, material, color match, decoration and closure are all built to your brief.
Quality & compliance
Rigorous in-house QC, with production run in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility operated by our manufacturing partner: documented process controls, traceability and corrective action on every run. Drug Master File support, FDA-compliant resins, full documentation packs on request.

Warehousing with kitting, assembly and fill-ready prep. We ship to your filler, not just to your dock.
