Materials
The resins behind the packaging.
Every format starts with the right material. Pick by recyclability, barrier, premium feel, or carbon footprint.
Material
PCR
Post-consumer recycled resin, diverted from curbside streams, washed, pelletized, and re-extruded into your packaging. The fastest sustainability lever you can pull without redesigning a SKU.
Material
Bio-PE
Bio-PE is polyethylene made from sugarcane ethanol instead of fossil naphtha. Chemically identical to fossil PE, same processing, same recyclability, but with a negative carbon footprint at the resin level.
Material
ABL Laminate
ABL, aluminum barrier laminate, is the gold standard for high-barrier squeeze tubes. A thin foil layer sandwiched between LDPE and printable films, delivering oxygen, moisture and flavor protection that monolayer plastics can't match.
Material
HDPE
HDPE is the workhorse resin behind most personal care, household and industrial packaging. Tough, chemically resistant, fully recyclable in #2 streams, and available in virgin, PCR and Bio-PE grades.
Material
PET
Crystal-clear, glass-like clarity in a resin that ships and prices like plastic. PET is the default when the formula itself is the selling point and the customer wants to see it.
Material
PP
Stiff, chemical-resistant, and broadly compatible with cosmetic and clinical formulas. PP is the workhorse resin behind most of the jars we make and a lot of the closures that go on top of them.
