How We Work
From discovery to dock, every step is intentional.
We don’t sell off the shelf packaging. Every order is engineered to your spec, quoted transparently, and tracked through production by a single point of contact. Here’s how it works.

Discovery
We start by understanding your brand, product, and market. What are you packaging? Where does it sell? What’s the shelf life and formula type? This context shapes every decision that follows.
Needs Assessment
We dig into the specifics: volume, material preferences, decoration method, sustainability targets, and budget. If you have a brief, we review it. If not, we help you build one.
Reference Artwork & Design
Share your brand guidelines, reference samples, or mock-ups. Our design team reviews artwork feasibility, advises on print tolerances, and confirms decoration compatibility with your chosen format.
Art Approval & Proof Sign-Off
Nothing moves to tooling without your written approval. You review digital proofs, color draws, and layout renders. Once signed off, the spec is locked. Changes after this point can incur fees and delay the schedule.
Custom Quote
We engineer a costed proposal around your exact spec: resin, tooling, decoration, assembly, and freight. Every line item is transparent. Typical turnaround is 48 hours.
Quote Accepted & Deposit
Once you approve the quote, a deposit secures your slot on the production schedule. We confirm the payment schedule, PO terms, and milestone dates in writing.
Materials Sourced & Confirmed
We lock in raw material orders for resins, caps, liners, labels, and substrates with verified suppliers. Lead times and color lots are confirmed before tooling begins.
Slotted & Scheduled
Your job is locked into the production calendar. We prepare tooling, assign a project manager, and track every milestone until shipping.
Optional Pre Production Samples
Available on request for any order size, not standard. Let us know if you need them during discovery. Keep in mind they typically extend lead time by 3 to 4 weeks, pause regular production flow, and incur additional international shipping costs.
Sample Approval by Client
If pre production samples were requested, you evaluate color, print, fit, and finish. Approve in writing or request adjustments. This is your final checkpoint before full scale production.
Production
The full run begins: extrusion or molding, decoration, assembly, and inline quality checks. Your project manager provides weekly progress updates and photos from the factory floor.
QC Inspection
Finished goods pass a structured QC protocol covering dimensional checks, color verification, print adhesion, seal integrity, and packing standards. We do not ship until the batch passes.
Ships FOB Los Angeles
Once QC is cleared, goods are packed, palletized, and handed off for ocean freight. Terms are FOB Los Angeles. Typical transit from factory dock to LA is factored into the 10 to 12 week timeline.
