Inside the resin.

PCR resin is plastic that has already lived one life, collected from household recycling, processed back into pellets, and used to make new packaging. We supply PCR HDPE, LDPE, PP and PET at percentages from 25% all the way to 100%, depending on the format and decoration requirements.

Common questions.

Does 100% PCR look different from virgin resin?

There can be a very subtle gray cast on uncolored 100% PCR, but with any colored or decorated formulation it's visually identical to virgin. We'll send physical samples before production.

What's the price difference?

Typically a 10–20% premium over virgin, depending on resin grade and PCR percentage. As PCR supply has matured, that gap has narrowed significantly.

Is PCR food-safe?

PCR PET is FDA-approved for food contact under specific letters of non-objection. PCR HDPE and PP are evaluated case-by-case. We supply the documentation your QA team needs.

Skincare lives or dies on the unboxing. We engineer the tube to feel as considered as the formula inside.

Foundation, primer, BB, concealer, tinted SPF, the cosmetic squeeze tube has to dispense cleanly, hold pigment stably, and look right on a vanity.

Suncare formulas are aggressive, high actives, high pH variability, and they need to survive a beach bag in 100°F sun. We build tubes that hold up.

Body, bath and personal-care lines need volume and value. We extrude HDPE, LDPE and PCR tubes at production scale with the decoration to match.

From salon professional to DTC haircare, we make the tubes that hold masks, conditioners, leave-ins and color creams.

Lotion bottles live or die on pump compatibility and shelf stability at volume. We build to both, in resin grades that scale from a 5,000-unit trial run to a multi-million-unit program.

Shampoo & Conditioner

Haircare bottles live in the shower — wet-hand caps, high fill-line speeds, and a bottle that still looks premium after a hundred rinses. We tool to all three.

Body wash bottles need to survive a wet shower floor and still pump cleanly on the first try. We build the neck-to-closure fit to spec so a leaking pump never becomes a customer complaint.

Serum is priced by the drop, so the bottle has to dispense accurately, protect the actives, and look like it belongs at a premium price point. We build for all three.

Toner is a daily-use, high-frequency product, so the bottle needs to be light, easy to grip wet, and priced to work at retail volume. Clear PET does the job without the cost of glass.

Household cleaning formulas are harder on packaging than most cosmetic products — higher pH, solvents, and bleach-based chemistry. We build to the chemistry, not just the shelf look.

A face cream jar is the moment a skincare brand's positioning either lands or doesn't. We engineer the close, the wall feel and the finish to match the price point.

Body butter is thick, sometimes whipped, sometimes solid at room temperature — the jar opening has to be wide enough that a customer isn't fighting the packaging to get the product out.

A sleeping mask is a nightstand product — it needs to look premium under lamp light, seal well enough to protect actives overnight, and dispense cleanly with a fingertip.

Scrub formulas are coarse, heavy and abrasive on packaging over time. We spec the resin and wall thickness to hold up to that, not just to a smooth lotion.
